The World Animal Day on the 4th of October is a good reminder for humans not to forget that when they conquered the planet, they made all animals their responsibility. Some, like me, had a bad home, others had no home, and yet another group who had a home but it was humans who took it away.
The 28th of April is National Superhero Day. Not the imaginary kind, but the ordinary one, who work every day to keep us safe: firefighters, nurses, and vets. But also those working in the animal rescue centres, or for nature. They’re heroes too.
Our gratitude goes to everyone who have put in countless hours, endless efforts, and all their hearts to help us survive, and to get the planet closer to harmony. All of you are heroes.
